Established in Year 1993 and located nearby Shanghai, Ningbo Yiznhou Pengcheng precision Casting Factory is a specialized manufacturer and exporter of various castings, forgings and CNC machined parts. With Export License and certificated by ISO9001: 2000 and TÜV (WO/TRD100-AD2000), now the factory occupies an area of 20,000 square meters and with more than 300 staff and 30 professional engineers.
1) We have 6 sets electrical frequency furnaces with relevant casting equipment. Monthly capacity is over 600 tons.
2) We have forging ability for: • 3tons air hammer, • 1600tons punch, • 1000tons/1600tons/2500tonsfriction press, • 1600t oil-hydraulic press and etc.
3) We have about 8000m² absolute machining workshop, 40 CNC lathes and 4 CNC machine center for guarantee of machining dimensions besides other ordinary machineries such as lathe, milling etc.
4) We have spectrometer for material analysis.
5) We have our own pattern shop to guarantee the precision of the parts.
6) Also, we have Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), Surface Roughness Tester.
7) We have machineries to test physical properties, (tensile, yield, hardness, low temperature impact etc.)
8) We are able to do PT inspection. X-ray for samples if necessary (sub-contraction) and we have hydraulic pressure test machine to achieve Max 50Mpa.
9) Office work: we are equipped with software as CAD, Pro-E, Solidworks, Photoshop, and Adobe etc.
10) Each product will have its own file and process card.
11) We have separate production, quality inspection, and Packaging department.
12) We do 100% inspection on samples per customer's requirements or instruction. Do 100% inspection on machining dimensions in production.
Generally, our products are all kinds of castings made of carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel in line with customer's drawings or samples. (Closed die forging parts for 40kg, Open die forging parts is above 1000kg /pc)
